How we Serve
The Columbia Union Conference is committed to nurturing a church community where all individuals are welcomed and valued as essential members of the body of Christ. Through its Disabilities Ministries department, the Union supports local churches and conferences in creating inclusive environments for people with physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional challenges. By providing resources, training, and advocacy, this ministry helps ensure that every individual—regardless of ability—can fully engage in worship, fellowship, and service. Together, we seek to reflect the character of Christ by removing barriers and honoring the dignity and spiritual gifts of all God’s children.
